Smania office protagonist of the European Property Awards

Martinuzzi Interior design practice in Zurich has been awarded as “Best Office Interior Design” at the European Property Awards 2016-2017: in the spotlight Smania office furniture.

“ Martinuzzi Interiors” realized a flawless project at the Zurich Park-Tower awarded as “Best Office Interior Design”. The 25-storey open-space tower, with 4 meters high rooms and a view of the lake surrounded by a park, is considered a state-of-the-art jewel. Smania furnishings are the protagonists of the project.

Matt tobacco rosewood and Grey African leather define these “Made in Italy” pieces of furniture with typical Smania mood. The GRAMERCY series, composed by the desk, the presidential armchair and the library, reflects an handmade culture characterized by a strong material flair able to define with character the spaces that furnishes. The study of every detail, the attention paid to selected materials and the search for balanced proportions that characterize Smania is also expressed in the Living Area With the BYRON round table and the KATE chairs.

The Best Office Interior Design International award is a world-renowned symbol of excellence and it celebrates the highest level achievement related to the real estate industry. It was established 17 years ago and nowadays it is the most prestigious award in the categories of residential and commercial design: a jury of 80 experts and a meticulous evaluation process cover every aspect of the real estate.
